Witman Engineers & Consultants, LLC provides design phase services for PennDOT design/build projects and construction phase services including demolition plans, foundation plans, sheeting & shoring design, and stream diversion plans. In association with other firms, we have provided design services for bridge design and construction administration services for West Lampeter Township, Lancaster County.
